Corian Worktop Construction
Expertly formed from a combination made up of one third acrylic and two thirds highly durable mineral filler, not only are Corian kitchen worktops stunning to look at, but they will also withstand significant wear and tear to stay looking as good as new for many years.
The use of acrylic is an ingenious touch, as this material is far more flexible than natural stone. This helps to prevent scratches, chips and cracks, with the additional mineral component reinforcing the worktop’s strength and providing an elegant and natural look.
For this reason, many people prefer quality acrylic to stone, concrete or quartz, as the cost is around the same but the benefits are significantly more numerous.
